Overview:This webinar will explore the challenges and opportunities in helping African-American and Latina Women achieve health equity in HIV health outcomes. Providers, consumers, and researchers will share their perspectives on how we can all better serve women in our programs. Individual stories and strategies will be counter-balanced with a curated review of the literature and upcoming research to identify best practices for our own RWHAP agencies.

Meeting Objectives: Describe the ways in which the African-American and Latina women community is diverse. List specific challenges that different women face regarding engagement in their HIV care. Name three solutions that consumers or providers can pursue to improve health outcomes for African-American and Latina women living with HIV.
