Overview: The last important step of any quality improvement process is spread. What have we learned and how can we share with colleagues and partners near and far? NQC is inviting submitters for ACTION WEEK to join the call to share their work with all of you. It is an exciting time to see how far the RWHAP community leveraged this initiative to assist with their local disparities projects. The call will wrap up with preliminary evaluation findings.
Presenters: Michael Hager, Judy Popkin, Lara Jackson, Katelin Thomas, and Christine Kibui
Learning Objectives: Explain what spread is and its importance in QI work. List three things RWHAP providers have done around the country to achieve health equity. Explain 1-2 next steps your agency can take to continue advancing quality around health equity.
