Purpose: Join Michael Hager as he discusses PDSA Cycles with Dr Theodore Speroff. Dr Speroff has many years of experience researching improvement science and has spent a considerable amount of time and effort on improving the efficiency and spread of PDSA cycles as a quality improvement method. In particular, the discussion will focus on ways to enhance strategic planning for PDSA cycles, measurement techniques, and sustainability. Khalil Hassam from MetroHealth in Washington, DC will share their experience with PDSA cycles and we will apply what we learn in talking with Dr Speroff to MetroHealth’s circumstances.
