Overview: This session will focus on working as a team across multiple agencies to tackle issues related to disparities in HIV health outcomes. The stages of team formation and how to accelerate team building for the purposes of quality improvement will be a focal point for the discussion. Inclusion of all stakeholders at some level in the team will be included. In addition, we’ll discuss the selection of interventions relevant to the sub-population of focus in addition to documentation of QI efforts and spread to others. Faculty will review relevant QI tools, including ShareLab and QI Abstracts. Participants will provide peer examples and experience using these tools.

Learning Objectives: List who should be involved in helping to solve disparity issues. Describe the principles of stakeholder engagement as it relates to community team building. List strategies that maintain team focus on the collective QI project.
