Overview: This webinar will focus on core issues that affect youth aged 13-24 engagement in care and viral suppression. In particular, we will explore transitioning from adolescent to adult health services, using technology to work and communicate with youth, and how to design (co-design) your facility to be as effective as possible in serving youth. Our presenters represent consumers, Part D program staff and leaders, leading researchers from FL, NJ, OH, VA, and WI.

Meeting Objectives: Name two solutions to implement that will assist adolescents transition into adult care. Describe considerations important to communicating effectively with youth, including specific technology solutions. Explain the concept of system co-design and why it is important to serving youth.
